Joshua Thomas offer mortgage and protection advice to property purchasers and existing homeowners. The company was set up in 2019 by directors Tom Broad and Josh Rewcastle, and since then has helped many happy customers purchase homes, remortgage onto better value deals and protect their loved ones. We have collaborated with multiple new homes sites across Oxfordshire, setting up help to buy for developers, helping customers apply for the scheme and finding suitable mortgage deals for those customers.

Tom has worked in the financial services industry since 2009. He previously worked for NatWest and Connells Mortgage Services division, one of the largest mortgage brokerages nationally. Tom worked as a customer facing broker before going into more senior area management roles. 

Josh started his career in finance working for the Nationwide Building Society after graduating from University. Josh passed his mortgage qualifications in 2015, which enabled him to provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients. Following the Building Society, Josh worked as a broker for Connells; creating a Specialist Area New Homes Adviser role, and becoming one of the firms leading performers nationally.

Rhiannon Hunter joined us after our first year, a tried and tested collaboration having worked together previously. Rhiannon comes with a wealth of experience, specialising in new homes and personal protection. A company partner, and top performer in her previous role. She won numerous awards and has experience managing and developing trainee consultants.
